Sabrina is a spiritually-minded, socially-conscious woman of faith who is on a mission to help you seek spiritual fulfillment as a part of your wellness. She is an author, public speaker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, ordained Christian minister, and nonprofit professional. She earned the Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Winston-Salem State University and the dual Master of Arts (Counseling) and Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University. She also works in private counseling practice with Reconciliation Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, and occasionally teaches aspiring helping professionals as an adjunct professor at Queens University of Charlotte.

Sabrina has helped countless people with their spiritual journeys and pursuit of wellness for more than 20 years. Along with the person who is generally interested in growing deeper in their spirituality, she is particularly devoted to helping people who feel spiritually disenfranchised or displaced, and/or who’ve experienced religious trauma or spiritual abuse.  As a lifelong learner and believer in wellness as a journey, she continues to do her personal, spiritual work as well.
